Lorraine Hunter Robertson
<p>Lorraine is a Yawuru woman and spent her childhood in Derby and Broome. She now lives permanently in Broome.</p><p>She has been building her art practise at with Nagula Jarndu for many years, and has studied visual arts and worked in archives at the Berndt Museum at the University of Western Australia.</p><p>Lorraine enjoys fishing, family time and being productive in her local community. Her influences are native flora as well as the abundant coastal life on offer in Yawuru <em>nagula</em> (saltwater) county.</p><p> </p>
