Jalangardi (goanna) - Amanda Rose Lee

Jalangardi are favourite bush tukka for lots of Kimberley mob, best hunted during Marrul Season (around March-April) when they are nice and fat. Amanda remembers going into the birra (bush) to hunt for jalangardi with her family and then cooking them up on the coals of the fire.
